Cookie Policy
Last updated September 2026
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. This page explains which cookies and similar technologies Zaya Active uses, what they do, and how you can control them.
Essential cookies
These are needed for the site to work and cannot be switched off. They keep your shopping bag contents, remember your cookie choice, keep you signed in to the studio admin area, and allow our payment provider (Stripe) to process a payment securely and detect fraud.
Booking and third-party embeds
Our class schedule and appointment booking are provided by Acuity Scheduling, and our chat widget and some forms are provided by Momence. When these load, the provider may set its own cookies to manage your booking session. Their own privacy and cookie policies apply to that use.
Measurement
We record an anonymous page-visit count so we can see which pages are used. It stores the page address, the site you arrived from, and a random ID that lasts only until you close your browser tab. It does not identify you and is not used for advertising.
Advertising
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your choices
When you first visit, you can accept or decline non-essential cookies. If you decline, our page-visit measurement is switched off. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site — including bookings and checkout — may then not work properly.
For more on how we handle personal information, see our Privacy Policy.
