Zaya Active is a women-only space. Attendance is limited to women and girls, where applicable to the specific class, event or session. We reserve the right to refuse entry or cancel a booking where a participant does not meet the attendance criteria for that session.

Bookings are made through our booking provider and are confirmed once payment is taken. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. A booking is personal to you and may not be transferred or resold without our agreement. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

Everyone taking part in our activities must read and agree to our Customer Waiver, Assumption of Risk & Consent Form, which forms part of these terms. You must tell us before attending about any medical condition, injury, pregnancy or disability that may affect your ability to take part safely, and you must follow instructions given by our staff, coaches and instructors.

Class packages run monthly from the date of purchase. Included classes do not roll over to the following month unless we state otherwise in writing. Guest passes, discounts and included personal training sessions are available as described for that package and cannot be exchanged for cash. You may cancel a rolling membership at any time, effective at the end of the current paid month; we do not refund part-months. We may change package prices or contents with at least 30 days’ notice.

Concession rates may be available for students, people receiving Universal Credit, and those on a low income — please speak with a member of the team at the studio.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, or do not attend without cancelling, you may forfeit the session fee and may not be entitled to a refund or transfer. We may apply a late cancellation or no-show charge, or treat the booking as used, depending on the class type and the booking terms shown at the time of purchase. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

All bookings are non-refundable unless we state otherwise in writing or a refund is required by law. Where permitted, we may offer a transfer, credit or rescheduled session instead of a refund, subject to availability and the applicable cancellation period. If we cancel a class or event, you will be offered a refund, credit or transfer at our discretion, except where the law requires otherwise.

Due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. Orders cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once placed. This exception applies to sealed goods which are not suitable for return once unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, and to made-to-order items. Nothing in this clause affects your legal rights where an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described — in that case contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@zayaactive.com with your order number and photographs, and we will repair, replace or refund the item as the law requires.

Where a right to cancel does apply to a particular product under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, we will tell you so on that product’s page before you buy.

Shop orders are delivered within the UK for a £2 flat rate, or can be collected free of charge from the studio. We aim to dispatch within 3 working days. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase unless stated otherwise, are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be redeemed in a single account. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced where the code has already been used.

Space hire is confirmed on payment of the agreed fee or deposit. The hirer is responsible for their guests, for leaving the space as they found it, and for the cost of any damage caused during the hire. Cancellation terms for each booking are confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

We ask everyone to arrive on time, treat staff and other members with respect, and follow studio rules on equipment, footwear and hygiene. We may refuse entry to or remove anyone behaving in a way that is unsafe, abusive or discriminatory, and may cancel their bookings without refund.

We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property brought to any class, event or venue, except where the law requires otherwise.

We may photograph or film at classes and events for marketing purposes as described in our waiver. Tell us in writing at info@zayaactive.com if you do not wish to appear in our material.

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with a booking or order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

All content on this website, including text, images, video and branding, belongs to Zaya Active or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here at the time of your booking or order. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
